The firm
Ellipsys Real Estate LLC is a small Dubai advisory. Enquiries are handled by the people who will actually do the work, not passed to a sales team.
The approach is straightforward. We start by understanding what you actually need, which is often not what the first search suggests. We look at the market, check the documents properly, and give you a clear view of what a property is worth and what it will cost to hold.
Where something is wrong for you, we say so early. That is usually the most useful thing an adviser can do.

We are engaged by you. Where a developer pays a commission on a property we show you, we tell you.
Documents before opinions
Title, project registration, escrow and service charges get checked before we recommend anything.
