What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the type of property you are interested in, and anything else you choose to write in the message. That is all. We do not ask for your budget, your income or any financial details through this website.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visited, for security and for keeping the site running. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we hold it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to arrange a conversation and to help you with a property if you go ahead. We hold it because you asked us to get in touch, and we keep it while there is an active conversation or an ongoing piece of work.
Where it goes
Enquiries are handled by Netlify, who host this website and process the form. Their systems may store the information outside the UAE. The form is sent over an encrypted connection. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Ellipsys who need to answer you, and our hosting provider. We would share information if the law or a regulator required it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ahuja@elprealty.com and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied, you can raise the matter with the UAE Data Office.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update this page and change the date at the top.
